Our team is always on hand to point out new arrivals and to find items within your budget. Our donation and consignment policies are straightforward and customer-friendly. We’re here to help you shop, sell or donate!

RETURNS

We understand that shopping online for clothing and shoes can be a bit risky. We have always maintained a final sale policy at our pop-up events. In order to keep it fair to everyone, we are allowing returns within 3 days of purchase/receipt of your items. If the item is damaged or stained, a full refund will be provided once the item has been received by RSRI. If the return is due to any other issue (fit, color, etc) a 15% restocking fee will be assessed within the 3 day window. If a request is made after the return window, but within 30 days, the return must be approved by a team member and a 50% retocking fee will be assessed.

FAQ

Do you provide International delivery?

 

Yes! Customers should be aware of any import/custom taxes and duties that they may incur post-shipping. We are not responsible for packages returned to us for unpaid customs fees. 

 

How do I return an item?

 

Requests for returns should be made promptly in order to avoid restocking fees.

If an item is damaged/stained/flawed upon receipt, the customer will be refunded the full amount of their purchase less shipping. A return label will be provided.

Returns for any other reason will be subject to a restocking fee, outlined in our return policy. The customer is responsible for returning the item to us in the same condition it was in when it was delivered. The customer will be refunded the cost of the item less the restocking fee and any shipping costs.

How do I track my order?

 

You will be notified via email once your order is ready for pick-up or once it has shipped. Once you receive your fufillment email, you may pick your items up at our office located at 172 Exchange St, Pawtucket, RI. Shipping notices will include a tracking number that can be used to track your item through your chosen carrier.

What are your delivery options?

 

We offer local pickup at our office located in the historic Pawtucket Armory Arts Center, 172 Exchange St, Pawtucket, RI or your choice of shipping. We ship USPS, FedEx or UPS. Shipping will be calculated at check-out. If we host a pop-up sale or event ONLINE, we offer local delivery for $10 or $15, depending on your location. 

Where does your inventory come from?

 

The inventory you see on our website or at one of our events either belongs to the business, one of our team memebers, a tagging client or a private party that has placed their item with us on consignment. We do NOT keep any items that have been donated at one of our consignment events that have been marked as donate. Occasionally our team members purchase items from our event and may choose to resell that item later, so if you see an item that you think may have been yours in it's past life, it could be! We keep it all in the family here!
