Fall Consignor Agreement Updates



Ch-ch-changes!

Almost every sale our Consignor Agreement gets some updates, and this sale is no exception. We are always striving to make the process go as smoothly as possible for all involved. Important information is typically in a bold font and important dates in red. We always try to emphasize the importance of reading your consignor agreement due to these changes, but I am pulling out some of the important points to highlight for everyone and provide a forum for questions.

Sale Information:

-The Fall Sale will run September 26, 2018- September 30, 2018.

-You may begin entering items into the system as soon as you register.

-Drop off and pick up appointments will be open for selection starting Sunday July 8, 2018 at 8:00 PM.

-Volunteer shifts will be available for selection starting Wednesday August 1, 2018 at 8:00 PM.

-All items must be entered in to the Database by 11:59 PM on Sunday September 23, 2018.

Fees:

-The registration fee remains $10. That is paid when you register and is a flat fee for all consignors. We utilize this registration fee to pay for advertising, marketing, and rent for the location amongst other things. This fee is non-refundable. If you elect to donate all, you will receive 1/2 off your registration for the next sale.

-There is a $15 consignor fee charged for all consignors who choose not to volunteer. This is a new fee and will come off of your proceeds prior to them being issued to you via PayPal. We know that not everyone can volunteer and some choose not to. This is not meant as a penalty, but is necessary to keep the sale running. We have chosen to add this fee rather than increase the registration fee for all consignors.

-The abandonment fee of $25 is still in effect for any consignor who fails to pick up their unsold items prior to 5:00 PM on the final day of the sale. As with the previous sale, all items you want donated must be marked as such prior to the database closing. Once the database is closed, you understand that you must pick up anything that has not sold or been marked donate. Failure to do so will result in the abandonment fee being charged.

Perks:

-We are continuing with the 1/2 off registration for any consignor who elects to donate all their unsold items.

-The pre-sale perk is still in effect for all consignors. (Whoop!!) Please see the compensation matrix for additional information on this.

-Volunteers will continue to gain earlier entry for the pre-sale as well as entry to the half-price pre-sale.

Flok:

-We will continue to use the Flok app. Make sure that you check it periodically for information regarding Flok Perks.

Please, please, please make sure that you read the Consignor Agreement. We will direct you back to it when you have questions that have answers that are spelled out in the Agreement.
